Notes
The entire Dead set and the last three tracks, including the encores, appear to have come from the same source. These were definitely high in pitch, and were pitch/time stretched in CE Pro to 102.36%. The Dylan set, including the first 3 audience sourced tracks, do not have significant pitch problems and were not pitch adjusted. The end of d2t12 was cross-faded into the beginning of d2t13 to take care of some overlap. Shntool was used to fix all existing SBEs and all tracks converted to FLAC.
